With the upcoming release of the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Hasbro has been busy trying to capitalize on the demand for film related toys, and for collectors toys that are now thriving in terms of their popularity thanks to the movie. Merchandise for the movie is already reaching shelves before the movie has even hit the screen and it has been keeping Hasbro very busy lately. The products being released by the company are not set to stop anytime soon, especially since they will be the company providing entertainment related products to the fan base whose love has been reignited for the last thirty years. The next five years will see more Star Wars products too. One place to keep an eye on Star Wars merchandise is the Amazon Star Wars Store.
Hasbro has capitalized upon Marvel and Star Wars brands, something which accounts for 20% of their revenue. This year the Star Wars items alone have already fulfilled 25% of their revenue, leaving them well on target.
Right now Hasbro is taking advantage of the many prospective partners out there in the film world and as a result, subsequently providing entertainment based products which are now a successful driver for the company, and will be for years. Some of their previous toys which continue to garner success include those for the film Frozen, as well as Transformers, Jurassic Park, and Sesame Street.

Of course this thriving company is targeting all age groups by offering a range of products for young children up through adults, who wish they were still kids! One example is the Playskool Heroes Star Wars Jedi Force Millennium Falcon Playset with Han Solo, Chewbacca, C-3PO and R2-D2 Figures:
That is not all on their plate though. More in Hasbro news, they partnering with Allspark Pictures to help release toys for the superhero genres that meet all of the global audiences. This is a preparatory move to help them with the upcoming release of the animated film Trolls from DreamWorks.
